HomeMy Public PortalAbout12084O R D I N ANCE NO. 12084 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10') wide utility easement
located in Lots 31 and 32 of Heather Acres Subdivision, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate its rights to the ten-foot (10') wide utility easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement in said Lots 31 and 32 of
Heather Acres Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 2005.
