10, 2004, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 11897, adopted November 10, 2004, is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One
Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($129,780.00), per
annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments, on and after October 23, 2005.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 2005.
