HomeMy Public PortalAbout12104O R D I N A N C E NO. 12104 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 4 of Target South Lindbergh Subdivision, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 18 of the St. Louis County records,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the portion of the subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement in said
Lot 4 of Target South Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 2005.
