HomeMy Public PortalAbout12105O R D I N A N C E NO. 12105 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a six-foot (6') wide easement located in
part of Lot 25, City Block 3920 of Peter Lindells Second Addition according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 4 of the City of St. Louis Records, St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The six-foot (6') wide easement in said Part of Lot 25 in
City Block 3920 of Peter Lindells Second Addition Subdivision as shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 2005.
