Dollars ($522,000.00) from Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for
the design of Gravois Trunk (Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase III (90032B)
and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1159 with EDM
Incorporated, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($522,000.00) is hereby appropriated from Sanitary Replacement Fund for
engineering services for the design of Gravois Trunk (Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary
Relief Phase III (90032B).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1159 with EDM Incorporated, Inc. for engineering services for the
design of Gravois Trunk (Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase III (90032B);
said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon it enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2005.
