AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Modification No. 5 of the contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers
whereby the United States Army Corps of Engineers will provide the District with
digital ortho photo coverage of the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid digital ortho photo coverage will be used by
the District to update current District ortho information, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11505, adopted June 12, 2003, authorized
the contract for the aforesaid digital ortho photo coverage,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Modification No. 5 of the contract with the United States Army Corps of
Engineers whereby the United States Army Corps of Engineers will provide the
District with digital ortho photo coverage of the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract modification authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) of District funds, shall allow for the acceptance and distribution by the
District of funds from the United States Geological Survey, St. Louis County,
Missouri and other entities to the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and shall
be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2005.
