AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Modification No. 4 of the contract with the Department of the Army St. Louis
District Corps of Engineers whereby the Department of the Army St. Louis District
Corps of Engineers will validate the District's photogrammetric mapping data of
impervious areas in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid photogrammetric data will be used by the
District to validate current District impervious information, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11505, adopted June 12, 2003, authorized
the contract for the aforesaid photogrammetric mapping data,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Modification No. 4 of the contract with the Department of the Army St. Louis
District Corps of Engineers whereby the Department of the Army St. Louis District
Corps of Engineers will validate the District's with photogrammetric mapping data
of impervious areas in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract modification authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) of District funds, shall allow for the acceptance and distribution by the
District of funds from other entities to the Department of the Army St. Louis
District Corps of Engineers, and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2005.
