Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise an
option to extend a contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform
the 2006 Post-Contact Customer Service Survey for the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11888, adopted November 10, 2004,
authorized said contract, which provided that said contract may be extended at the
District's option,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise
an option to extend a contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will
perform the 2006 Post-Contact Customer Service Survey for the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($32,500.00), and shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2005.
