HomeMy Public PortalAbout12132O R D I N A N C E NO. 12132 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Two Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Creek for the surveying and mapping of the Black
Creek Watershed Facility Mapping Verification (2005100); and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1154 with Hanson Professional Services,
Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for surveying and mapping services
for the Black Creek Watershed Facility Mapping Verification (2005100).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1154 with Hanson Professional Services, Inc. for surveying and
mapping services for the Black Creek Watershed Facility Mapping Verification
(2005100); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2005.
