HomeMy Public PortalAbout12133O R D I N A N C E NO. 12133 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements of various
widths from two point thirty-nine feet (2.39') wide to fifteen feet (15') wide in Lots
1A thru 7A of Devonworth Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 352, Pages 836 – 839 of the St. Louis County Records in the
City of Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject properties has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of the various width easements in said
Lots 1A thru 7A of Devonworth Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plats", and marked Exhibit "A" sheet 1 and 2, and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2005.
