Combined Liability Program coverage from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. MOPERM, who submitted a quote for the Combined
Liability Program, with an annual aggregate and per occurrence limit of Two
Million ($2,000,000.00) and a One Hundred Thousand Dollar ($100,000.00)
deductible per claim, at a premium of Four Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty-four Dollars ($435,434.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded
the contract for such insurance coverage from January 1, 2006 to December 31,
2006.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 2005.
