tract of land on the southwest corner of Gebhardt Drive and Telegraph Road in
Section 14, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, according to Deed Book 7230, page
1550 and Deed Book 7240, page 2144 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five-foot (5’) wide easements on the above described
tract of land in Section 14, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, and recorded in Deed
Book 7230, page 1550 and Deed Book 7240, page 2144 of the St. Louis County
Records as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 2005.
