AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten-foot (10’) wide easements
located in lots 47 thru 53 of Arbor View Estates Subdivision, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 351, pages 315-318 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten-foot (10’) wide easements in lots
47 thru 53 of Arbor View Estates Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibits “A-1 and A-2” and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 2005.
