HomeMy Public PortalAbout12144O R D I N A N C E NO. 12144 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of ten-foot (10’) wide easements
located in the Twin Oaks Center Subdivision, a tract of land according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 352, page 889 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate those portions of the subject easements as recorded in Deed Book
8936, page 1551 and Deed Book 12065, page 2504, and this District has no further
use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of the ten-foot (10’) wide easements in
said Twin Oaks Center Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plant”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 2005.
