Dunhill Farm Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 276,
Page 40 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 36 of Dunhill
Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 2006.
