1 and Parcel 2 on a tract of land described in deed to Mary F. Colyer as recorded in
Deed Book 13336, Page 1659 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate it rights to the subject easement, and this District has no further
use for the said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The twenty-foot (20') wide easement in said Parcel 1 and
Parcel 2 conveyed by deed to Mary F. Colyer and shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 2006.
