Dollars ($248,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services
for the design of CSO – Bredell Ave. – Weston Pl. to St. Albans Ave. CSO
Interceptor (I-182, L-123) Separation and CSO – Bredell Ave. and Lindbergh Dr.
CSO Interceptor (I-90, L-122) Separation (2005101 and 2005102); and authorizing
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1168 with The Clayton Engineering
Company for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Dollars
($248,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the
engineering services for the design of CSO – Bredell Ave. – Weston Pl. to St. Albans
Ave. CSO Interceptor (I-182, L-123) Separation and CSO – Bredell Ave. and
Lindbergh Dr. CSO Interceptor (I-90, L-122) Separation (2005101 and 2005102).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1168 with The Clayton Engineering Company for engineering
services for the design of CSO – Bredell Ave. – Weston Pl. to St. Albans Ave. CSO
Interceptor (I-182, L-123) Separation and CSO – Bredell Ave. and Lindbergh Dr.
CSO Interceptor (I-90, L-122) Separation (2005101 and 2005102); said contract to
be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 2006.
