Dollars ($454,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services
for the design of CSO – Hampton Park Dr. CSO Interceptor (I-115, L-138)
Separation; CSO – Hampton Park and Center Dr. 1133 CSO Interceptor/Outfall (I-
92, 146A/L-136, 139) Structure; and CSO – Park Dr. CSO Interceptor (I-146B, L-
140) Separation (2005107, 2005108, and 2005113); and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-1172 with Cole & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty-four Thousand Dollars
($454,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
engineering services for the design of CSO – Hampton Park Dr. CSO Interceptor (I-
115, L-138) Separation; CSO – Hampton Park and Center Dr. 1133 CSO
Interceptor/Outfall (I-92, 146A/L-136, 139) Structure; and CSO – Park Dr. CSO
Interceptor (I-146B, L-140) Separation (2005107, 2005108, and 2005113).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1172 with Cole & Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the
design of CSO – Hampton Park Dr. CSO Interceptor (I-115, L-138) Separation; CSO
– Hampton Park and Center Dr. 1133 CSO Interceptor/Outfall (I-92, 146A/L-136,
139) Structure; and CSO – Park Dr. CSO Interceptor (I-146B, L-140) Separation
(2005107, 2005108, and 2005113); said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
