Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River Bonfils for engineering
services for the final design of Missouri River Bonfils Infiltration and Inflow
Correction Phase VI (97040); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 9 of Contract E-893 with George Butler Associates, Inc. for the
aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($450,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River Bonfils for engineering services
for the final design of Missouri River Bonfils Infiltration and Inflow Correction
Phase VI (97040).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Amendment No. 9 of Contract E-893 with George Butler Associates, Inc. for
engineering services for the final design of Missouri River Bonfils Infiltration and
Inflow Correction Phase VI (97040); said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 2006.
