Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00) from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in CC-18 Smith Creek Branch Sanitary Relief (SKME-028) (90012),
in the Cities of Creve Coeur and Town and Country, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12062, adopted September 8, 2005,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,100,000.00), is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in CC-18
Smith Creek Branch Sanitary Relief (SKME-028) (90012), in the Cities of Creve
Coeur and Town and Country, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 2006.
