of land being the west fifteen feet (15') of Lots 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 of "Kosciusko
Subdivision Plat 1", as recorded in surveyor's Record Book 13, Page 52 and shown
as Easement "A" being part of Lot "A" of City Block 718, as recorded in Plat Book
74, Page 31 of the St. Louis City Records, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this
District vacates its rights to the subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifteen-foot (15') wide easement on said tract of land
being Lots 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 in City Block 718 and shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 2006.
