17 thru 24 of the Resubdivision of Crestshire Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 42,
Page 43 and various easements of various widths in Lots 1 thru 4 of Mark Twain
Village recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 46 in the City of St. Ann, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the easement and the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement in Lots 17 thru 24 of the
Resubdivision of Crestshire and the various width easements in Lots 1 thru 4 of
Mark Twain Village as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plats",
and marked Exhibit "A-1" and Exhibit "A-2" and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 2006.
