Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Brownell
#1029 Storm Sewer Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2005080), in the City of
Glendale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12110, adopted November 10, 2005,
appropriated the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Brownell #1029 Storm Sewer Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2005080), in the
City of Glendale, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of
February 2006.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($126,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2006.
