Dollars ($120,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the purchase of a
computerized Data Management System for the organization, maintenance and
reporting of flow meter data in CSO – Large Diameter Sewer Flow Meters
(2005149).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars
($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the
purchase of a computerized Data Management system for the organization,
maintenance and reporting of flow meter data in CSO – Large Diameter Sewer
Flow Meters (2005149).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2006.
