Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to renew the
contract with Ernst & Young, L.L.P. whereby Ernst & Young, L.L.P. will audit
plans and expenditures related to the District’s Meramec Wastewater Treatment
Plant and Collection System Project for the 2005-2006 fiscal year and through the
completion of the project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to renew
the contract with Ernst & Young, L.L.P. whereby Ernst & Young, L.L.P. will audit
plans and expenditures related to the District’s Meramec Wastewater Treatment
Plant and Collection System Project for the 2005-2006 fiscal year and through the
completion of the project.
Section Two. The contract renewal authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) for the 2005-2006 fiscal year, and through the completion of the project
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2006.
