one (1), forty-foot (40') wide easement in Lot 14B of "Green Park Commerce Center
Lot 14" recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 436 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Green Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement recorded in Plat Book
348, Pages 390 and 391, the ten-foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
14091, Page 2127, and the forty-foot (40') wide easement recorded in Plat Book 345,
Pages 402 through 404 in Lot 14B of "Green Park Commerce Center Lot 14" as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted 4/13/06.
