HomeMy Public PortalAbout12194O R D I N A N C E NO. 12194 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of three (3), variable width easements located in Lot 8 of Warridge Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 36 and 37 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of the three (3), variable width easements in said Lot 8 of the Warridge Estate Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" along with meets and bounds descriptions 1, 2, and 3 and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2006.
