AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be
known as Subdistrict No. 2003144 (Kehrs Mill Trails Subdivision Sanitary Sewers) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby
established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the
subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 2003144 (Kehrs Mill Trails
Subdivision Sanitary Sewers).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 2003144 (Kehrs Mill Trails
Subdivision Sanitary Sewers) shall be as shown on the attached exhibits:
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 2006.
