Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Bommarito Utilities, LLC for the construction of storm sewers in
Woodlark #12900 Storm Sewer Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2005069), in
the City of Town and Country, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12110, adopted November 10, 2005,
appropriated the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Bommarito Utilities, LLC for the construction of storm sewers
in Woodlark #12900 Storm Sewer Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2005069),
in the City of Town and Country, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 27th day of March 2006.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Seventy-two Thousand Dollars ($72,000.00),
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted 5/11/06.
