Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 90206 (Ringford Drive) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there
is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or
improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as
Subdistrict No. 90206 (Ringford Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 90206 (Ringford Drive)
shall be as follows:
RINGFORD DRIVE Subdistrict No. 90206 A tract of land being part of lots 6 through 20 of Ringford Place, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 36 of St. Louis County Records, the location of which is more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Lot 6 of said Ringford Place, thence South 03 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 7.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 81 degrees 55 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 196.47 feet; thence South 33 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 19.00 feet; thence South 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 105.50 feet; thence North 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 3.86 feet; thence South 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 300.00 feet; thence North 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 7.07 feet; thence South 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 96.50 feet; thence South
35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 18.71 feet; thence South 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 159.13 feet; thence South 62 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 26.17 feet; thence South 16 degrees 04 minutes 02 seconds West a distance of 284.05 feet; thence South 30 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 8.99 feet; thence North 88 degrees 49 minutes 38 seconds West a distance of 227.76 feet; thence South 33 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 19.49 feet; thence North 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 102.19 feet; thence North 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 15.09 feet; thence North 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 400.00 feet; thence South 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 2.57 feet; thence North 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet to the easterly line of lot 21 of said Ringford Place; thence along said easterly line, North 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 179.33 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot 21; thence along the right-of-way of Ringford (50' wide) Drive the following courses and distances: along a curve to the right, having a radius of 64.92 feet, an arc length of 49.89 feet and a long chord bearing South 76 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 48.67 feet; thence South 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 490.87 feet; thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 21.00 feet, an arc length of 18.19 feet and a long chord bearing South 29 degrees 13 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 17.62 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.00, an arc length of 243.68 feet and a long chord bearing North 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 64.79 feet; thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 21.00, an arc length of 18.19 feet and a long chord bearing North 78 degrees 51 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 17.62 feet; thence North 54 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 490.87 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 114.92, an arc length of 78.38 feet and a long chord bearing North 73 degrees 34 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 76.87 feet; thence North 03 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 127.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 292,501 square feet more or less.
