HomeMy Public PortalAbout12218O R D I N A N C E NO. 12218 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement
located in Lot 21 of Pleasant Valley Meadows Subdivision, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 235, Page 1 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot 21 of
Pleasant Valley Meadows Subdivision as sown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted 5/11/06.
