AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Midwest Employers
Casualty Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for
the District’s Excess Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1,
2006 to June 30, 2007.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Midwest Employers Casualty Company (McGriff, Seibels
& Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the
District’s Excess Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1,
2006 to June 30, 2007.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted 6/8/06.
