recorded in Deed Book 7417, Pages 2305 and 2309, and a six and one-half foot (6 ½’)
wide easement and a variable width easement recorded in Deed Book 7470, Pages
522 and 627 of the St. Louis County Records being part of a tract of land conveyed
to McBride & Sons Home Land Development, Inc. described in Deed Book 16366,
Page 904 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use of said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in Deed
Book 7417, Pages 2305 and 2309 and shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit (“A-1” and “B-1”) thru (“A-2’”&” B-2”) and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
Section Two. The portions of a six and one-half foot (6 ½’) wide
easement and a variable width easement recorded in Deed Book 7470, Pages 522
and 627, and shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit (“A-3” & “B-3”) Thru (“A-4” & “B-4”) and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted 6/8/06.
