Lots 15 – 22 of Kosciusko Subdivision in City Block 659 according to Plat Book 13,
Page 52 of the City of St. Louis Records, in St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further used for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lots 15 – 22 of
Kosciusko Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made apart hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted 6/8/06.
