AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend a
contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform additional
services related to the 2006 Post-Contact Customer Service Survey for the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11888, adopted November 10, 2004,
authorized the initial contract with ETC Institute, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12126, adopted November 10, 2005,
authorized the District to exercise its option to extend said contract for an
additional term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend
a contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform additional
services related to the 2006 Post-Contact Customer Service Survey for the District.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for an additional fee not to exceed Eleven Thousand
Five Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($11,575.00), and shall be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 2006.
