HomeMy Public PortalAbout12260O R D I N A N C E NO. 12260 AN ORDINANCE, vacating the triangular portion of a variable width easement and a ten-foot (10’) wide easement located in part of adjusted Lots 2 and 3 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 2 and 3 of Brentwood Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 341 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the triangular portion of said variable width easement and the subject easement, and this District has not further use for said portion and easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. The triangular portion of a variable width easement located in part of adjusted Lots 2 and 3 of Brentwood Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated. Section Two. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement located in part of adjusted Lots 2 and 3 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 2 and 3 of Brentwood Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
