foot (5’) wide easement located in Lot 16 of “Green Park Commerce Center Phase 2
Final Plat” according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 348, Pages 390-391 of
the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Green Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement and the five-foot (5’)
wide easement located in Lot 16 of Green Park Commerce Center Phase 2 Final
Plat as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A”, and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 2006.
