($250,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for the purchase of
Lower Meramec River WWTP Start-Up Equipment (95066T), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for the purchase of Lower Meramec River WWTP Start-Up Equipment
(95066T), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 2006.
