HomeMy Public PortalAbout12274O R D I N A N C E NO. 12274 AN ORDINANCE, vacating Preston Place Court a forty-foot (40’) wide
private roadway and a ten-foot (10’) wide utility easement located in Lots 3 and 4 of
Preston Place Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350,
Pages 243 and 244 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the subject street right-of-ways and utility easement,
and this District has no further use for said right-of-ways and utility easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The forty-foot (40’) wide and sixty-five foot (65’) radius
cul-de-sac private roadway right-of-way in said Preston Place Subdivision as shown
hachured on the attached Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit “A” and
made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
Section Two. The ten-foot (10’) wide utility easement in said Lots 3
and 4 of Preston Place Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached Easement
Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 2006.
