HomeMy Public PortalAbout12275O R D I N A N C E NO. 12275 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of ten-foot (10’), fifteen-foot (15’)
and twenty-foot (20’) wide easements located in Lots A and B of the Re-subdivision
of Delmar Gardens North Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 349, Page 626 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate those portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portions of a twenty-foot (20’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 8477, Page 1802 in Lots “A” and “B” of the Re-subdivision of
Delmar Gardens North Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached Easement
Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
Section Two. The portions of fifteen-foot (15’) wide and ten-foot (10’)
wide easements recorded in Deed Book 8477, Page 1805 in Lots “A” and “B” of the
Re-subdivision of Delmar Gardens North Subdivision as shown hachured on the
attached Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof,
are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 2006.
