Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in North
Bemiston #325 Storm Sewer Improvements (Infrastructure Repair) (2005098), in
the City of Clayton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12250, adopted July 6, 2006, appropriated
the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
North Bemiston #325 Storm Sewer Improvements (Infrastructure Repair)
(2005098), in the City of Clayton, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 7th of day of July 2006.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Dollars
($163,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 2006.
