in Deed Book 6314, Page 129 of the St. Louis County Records in Lot 19 of Brass
Lantern Estates Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
120, Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot 19 of Brass
Lantern Estates Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 2006
