A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE
POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary resolution
with salary schedules including a Management Salary Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Department of Human Resources
for Fiscal Year 2005-06; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified a need to increase the salary range of the
position title of Director of Human Resources to be commensurate with other director
positions; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to make the change to facilitate a
successful executive search in filling the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Management Salary Schedule to reflect the following:

Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
