Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-1196 with Hanson Professional Services, Inc. for General Services
Agreement - Surveying Services (FY 2007) (2007034) for surveying services
including land surveys, property strip maps, GPS surveys, and other general
surveying services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-1196 with Hanson Professional Services,
Inc. for General Services Agreement - Surveying Services (FY 2007) (2007034) for
surveying services including land surveys, property strip maps, GPS surveys, and
other general surveying services; said contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed
One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2006.
