HomeMy Public PortalAbout12333 O R D I N A N C E N O. 12333 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement
located in part of Lot 5 of Tyrie Sappington’s Estates Subdivision, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 53 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further
used for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot
5 of Tyrie Sappington’s Estates Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plats”, and marked Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2006.
