easement located in part of Lot 4, Block 8 of West Forest View, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 76 of the St. Louis
County Records as acquired by the Missouri Highway and Transportation
Commission by deed recorded in Deed Book 3527, Page 196 and Deed Book 12579,
Page 2541 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and the District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN SWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a fifteen foot (15’) wide easement in said
part of Lot 4, Block 8 of West Forest View as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat,” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2006.
