HomeMy Public PortalAbout12335O R D I N A N C E N O. 12335 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in Lot 3 of
Questover Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page
83 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN SWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement in said lot 3 of Questover
Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat,” and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2006.
