easements located in the Adjusted Lot 2A of Resubdivision Plat of a Minor
Subdivision Plat of Lot 2 of Hope Baptist Church of Castle Point, a subdivision
according to Plat Book 350, Page 227 and Plat Book 349, Page 534 of the St. Louis
County Records, City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portions of two (2) ten-foot (10’) wide easements in
said Lot 2A of said Resubdivision Plat of a Minor Subdivision Plat of Lot 2 of Hope
Baptist Church of Castle Point as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
Section Two. The portions of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot
2A of said Hope Baptist Church of Castle Point Subdivision as shown hachured on
the attached “Easement Vacation Plant”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 2006.
