wide easement in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of St. Francis Hill in Lot 157 Carondelet
Commons South of the River Des Peres a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject properties has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of the seven point five foot (7.5’) wide
easement in said Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of St. Francis Hill in Lot 157 Carondelet
Commons South of the River Des Peres subdivision as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 2006.
