easements in the Villas of Grantwood Condominiums according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 353, Page 967 and in Deed Book 6756, Pages 1126 and 1129
and in Deed Book 6770, Page 2283 of the St. Louis County Records, City of
Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate those portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portions of three (3) ten-foot (10’) wide easements in
said The Villas of Grantwood Condominiums and recorded in Deed Book 6756, Page
1126 and 1129 and Deed Book 6770, Page 2883 and sown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 2006.
